    The National Bank of Oman team arrived yesterday at the ferry point to Masirah Island, from where they will be heading north along the east coast of the Wahiba Sandsin the footsteps of the famous desert explorer, Bertram Thomas.

    Congratulations to the Oman Methanol team, whohave safely reached the north-east area of Masirah Island after several hard days walking around the coastline. A short 12km remains to the ferry point back to the mainland, that they plan to cover later today after a well earned rest this morning.
